Get ready to experience one of the best nights of your life with WINNER at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, one of the city’s top live music venues. Part of Japan’s renowned Zepp Hall Network, the venue is conveniently located next to LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre. Known for its state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, Zepp Kuala Lumpur offers an intimate yet world-class concert experience. Here’s how to get there.

If you want to avoid getting caught in heavy traffic, the LRT or monorail is your best option. For LRT users, take the Sri Petaling Line or Ampang Line to Hang Tuah Station. From there, walk through the LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre (Pintu D) linked bridge. The walk is about 700 metres, taking around five minutes. Monorail passengers can do the same by exiting at Hang Tuah Station and following the same route.

After exiting through Pintu D, head down the escalator to the ground floor, turn right, and walk straight until you reach Gourmet Street. Continue towards the Malaysia Grand Bazaar building, then take the escalator down to Level B2, where Zepp Kuala Lumpur is located.

If you are driving, be prepared for heavy traffic in the area. You can park at the LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre car park, which has several entry points: Entrances 1 and 2 via Jalan Hang Tuah, Entrances 3 and 5 via Jalan Pudu, and Entrance 4 via Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah.

According to LaLaport’s official website, parking is free after 5 PM for vehicles entering between 5 PM and 11.59 PM. If you are using a parking ticket, make sure to validate it at an auto pay machine before leaving. For those paying with a credit/debit card or Touch ‘n Go, simply tap your card at the exit gate to enjoy the free parking offer.

Before you head into Zepp Kuala Lumpur for WINNER’s 2025 concert, it is important to know what items are permitted and which are not. Security will be tight, and the last thing you want is to be stopped at the entrance after all your effort to secure tickets. While the official guidelines for the event have yet to be released, we can refer to past concerts in Malaysia to get an idea of what’s generally allowed.

Here’s a list of items that are not permitted inside the venue:

  • Outside food or drinks
  • Bags larger than an A4 size
  • Professional photography or recording equipment
  • Laptops or tablets
  • Helmets
  • Umbrellas
  • Laser pens or glow sticks
  • Pets
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Flammable items or fireworks
  • Cigarettes or e-cigarettes
  • Banners larger than A4 size. LED banners or banners with political/LGBT slogans are also not allowed
  • Glass bottles
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Drugs
  • Selfie sticks or tripods
  • Ladders or folding chairs
  • Binoculars

Most importantly, do not forget your concert ticket. You will need either a physical ticket or the official e-ticket in PDF format. Screenshots or photos of the ticket will not be accepted, so it is best to download the PDF in advance to avoid any connection problems at the venue.

Security checks will take place at designated entry points, and anyone carrying prohibited items will be denied access. Each ticket admits one person only, so ensure that everyone in your group has their own. In short, pack light and double-check your essentials before heading out.
