Kota Kinabalu: An elderly female pedestrian died after being run over by a Wira at Sulaman Central Jalan Sepanggar, Tuesday.
Lau Suat Eng, 75, was crossing the road when the accident happened.
Her acquaintance said the deceased often passed her time sweeping the area around Sulaman Central or gathering recyclables in the area.
The 25-year-old Wira driver was believed to be heading towards Manggatal direction from his house in Taman Bukit Setia.
