Wolves are confident they have a deal in place for Sporting CP midfielder Joao Palhinha.
Fulham have made an attempt for the Portugal international this past week.
But The Sun says Palhinha has agreed to join Wolves for around £20m on a long-term contract. He was expected to finalise his move to Wolves following the recent Nations League fixtures.
But Fulham boss Marco Silva has used the last week to try and lure Palhinha to Craven Cottage – delaying progress slightly.
However, their offer falls well short of Wolves' £20m proposal.
