Wolves aim to sign Girona defender Santi Bueno today.
The Uruguay international will be in Birmingham today for a Wolves medical.
Wolves have agreed to pay 10m to ferry Bueno away from Girona. The stopper only signed a new deal with the Catalans in January.
Bueno moved to Girona in 2019 from Barcelona.
The 24 year-old made his international debut for Uruguay earlier this year in a friendly draw with Japan in Tokyo
