Wolves midfielder Joao Gomes says there's more to come from him.

Gomes scored twice in victory at Tottenham on the weekend.

He told the club's website: I feel like that I can become much better than I've ever been. Our coach gives me a lot of freedom for this, to become the player I want to be, and maybe get to the box.

I believe that everything I've been experiencing nowadays has the touch of my coach. He is the one who gives me confidence, lifts me up, on the days when I am not well, and I hope to give back as much as I can.

"I think it was the first time in my career that I've scored two goals in a match. That's really rare, especially for a player like me that barely gets to the box.

I scored at least one in Brazil, against Sao Paulo FC, but it's been a long time ago. Now I'm very happy here and hoping to be able to continue this work."
