- Dick is accused of throwing an unknown substance on Buckingham on 25 March and faces seven criminal counts in Los Angeles, including criminal threats and battery.
- Other charges include assault with a deadly weapon involving a motor vehicle and vandalising Buckingham's vehicle in a separate incident on 19 March.
- Buckingham had previously secured a five-year restraining order against Dick, citing years of alleged stalking, harassment, and a false 911 call that led to his handcuffing.
- Dick, who claims Buckingham is her 'birth father' despite his denial, is currently awaiting extradition to California.
