PETALING JAYA: A woman claimed trial at the Raub sessions court today to trespassing on land owned by the Pahang government in Sungai Pertang, Mukim Gali, by opening a Musang King durian farm and building a hut without permission last year.

Yong Lian Kien, 47, who was unrepresented, pleaded not guilty after the charge was read out to her before judge Noor Zaihan Mohamad Ali, Utusan Malaysia reported.

She is accused of occupying state land at 11.19am on Aug 9 last year.

The court allowed bail at RM8,000 with one surety and fixed Sept 24 for case mention.
