A passenger recently got into a heated argument with an elderly bus employee, after the latter reportedly made rude remarks about her queries.
The incident, which took place at the Terminal 17 Shah Alam, stemmed after the woman was yelled at for simply showing him her ticket, to which he replied in an angry tone: “What time is it?!”
According to commenters, many apparently had a similar experience with the said employee, whereby he was often seen raising his voice towards passengers regardless of their ages.
Many also jumped to the woman’s defense, as they justified that bus employees should display professionalism.
