Woman found dead at Kepong condominium as police classify case as sudden death

A 34-YEAR-OLD woman was found dead at a condominium in Kepong Central today, police have confirmed.

Gombak District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir said the victim was discovered unconscious before being pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel from Selayang Hospital.

“In initial examinations, no visible injuries or signs of struggle were found on the victim’s body.

“The case has been classified as sudden death (SDR) pending the post-mortem results from Kuala Lumpur Hospital,” he said in a statement.

Police have urged the public not to circulate unverified information or speculate on the case, warning that such actions could disrupt investigations and infringe on the privacy of the victim’s family.
