
SIPITANG: A woman in her 20s sustained injuries when her Perodua Axia crashed along Jalan Kampung Patarikan Sindumin here Sunday.
In the 12.13pm accident, District Fire and Rescue Station Chief Calvin Joe Jeafery said the car driven by the woman turned turtle.
Passers-by sent the victim to the hospital before the firefighters reached the scene.
Meanwhile, the Fire and Rescue Department received an emergency call about a bushfire involving a three-acre orchard in Kampung Marintaman at about 5.07pm.
