PETALING JAYA: Bukit Aman is investigating a woman for sedition over remarks against the Perak Sultan in a TikTok video.

Police secretary Norsiah Saaduddin said the 34-year-old suspect was arrested at a car park in Klang. A mobile phone and two SIM cards were seized from her.

Norsiah said police would apply for a remand order today.

She advised the public against making statements that could jeopardise public order and safety.
