PETALING JAYA: A senior citizen who was arrested after a video went viral on social media showing her allegedly stealing RM2,500 at a wedding in a private home, has been remanded.

The order to remand the 61-year-old woman for four days, starting from today until Feb 20, was issued by magistrate Izdham Naim Che Ani, Bernama reported.

Police arrested the two individuals in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, at 5.04pm yesterday, according to Bernama.
