- Gwinnett systematically plundered Mrs Green's life savings, controlling her finances and isolating her, using the money to fund an extravagant lifestyle.
- Judge Michael Maher dismissed Gwinnett's apology, stating she treated the court process and Mrs Green with "utter contempt," and she has been ordered to repay the stolen funds.
