Often acting as the “Chief Emotional Officer” (CEO) and primary educator in our family, women manage household affairs, balance career demands, and promote supportive, inclusive environment that enhance long-term family well-being. Based on my own experience as a management educator and HRD practitioner, I found women frequently serve as CEOs, nurturing relationships and ensuring stability within the family unit. Women frequently serve as the chief administrator in maintaining the household management, organizing events, disciplining husband & children, and managing resources for the family.

I realize that women play a key role as educators in the home, responsible for nurturing and mentoring children, acting as a crucial influence on the next generation. Evidently in my family, women's leadership is critical to our family economic security, often balancing their demanding careers' responsibilities while maintaining household management. As such, women in leadership positions serve as role models, especially in fostering resilience and leadership skills within the family. Many women navigate the complex balance between professional responsibilities & hands-on parenting, often bringing a “holistic manager” perspective to the family. My wife, Zarina, contributes significantly to crucial financial decisions, bringing a collaborative long-term perspective.
I must admit the entire burden of childbirth and most of the task of raising our four children in the family is borne by my wife. She is primarily responsible for the children's self-control, especially during the mature years of our children development. Her contact with them is able to discover and cultivate their special aptitude, attitude and talents, and these characteristics play a key role in the subsequent personality formation. As a mother, she is our home chief health officer. She cares deeply about the health of every family member, especially me. She organizes the family & its activities leading to our happiness.

The mother is the central figure in the family and family circle. All members look to her for advice, guidance, understanding & most importantly approval.
