Barcelona loanee Joao Felix is set to return to parent club Atletico Madrid.
Sport says an extended loan with Barcelona is out of the question - as neither Flix himself nor Atltico Madrid see it as a viable solution.
Jorge Mendes, Flix's agent, already has two offers for the player - but it is not clear which clubs are involved.
However, this interest will not materialise until Flix's loan agreement is completed.
Furthermore, Atltico Madrid are looking to bring in as much money as possible for Flix this summer - but it is not certain that sufficient bids will come in.
Hence, the Spanish club will consider keeping Flix, at least over the pre-season - even though he is not part of Diego Simeone's plans.
The only thing that is certain is that there is no question of a return to Barcelona next season.
