She received the prestigious award among top three Platinum category under Shareda’s Excellence Award as well as being the recipient for ‘Rural Urbanisation Excellence Award 2024’ under Shareda Excellence Award for Gold category for her successful development project – Benoni New Township, in Papar.

Susan received both awards from the Minister of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe representing the Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor at the 46th anniversary of Shareda Nite 2024, here, on Sept 28.

For her next project in Tuaran, Susan said the new township development project would be established in Kg Dalit Bay spanning over 120-acre which is larger than the one in Benoni, Papar.

“I have made necessary preparation for this upcoming project to build a new township in Dalit Bay, Tuaran which I have submitted the development plan to the local authorities, and I am awaiting it to be approved.

“If I can get the approval this year, then I have to go to the bank to borrow money and make the arrangement to apply for the licence to build the project, whereby all these will take one year to do and thus, I hope we could begin this new township project by end of next year,” she said.

Speaking to reporters after she received the two awards, Susan said the Tuaran new township project will be built with the same mixed development concept like in Benoni, Papar plus a resort to be constructed as Dalit Bay which is suitable as it is located at seafront.

She added that condominiums, landed terrace houses, popular fast food outlets, a cinema and banks, among others will be constructed in the Tuaran new project.

According to Susan, receiving the two significant prestigious awards is an encouragement for her to work better in providing affordable nice homes for people to live in.

“I would feel very satisfied when I build a beautiful new township, and get to see people enjoy and those people who run their businesses in my projects get high rental income and then, they make profitable money from the businesses, which I would feel very, very proud of.

“I hope that I can always develop and create all this (property development) environment for the people who buy my property and they don’t’ feel regret.

“Some property after five years and 10 years still have the same value, but for me, I develop, and I definitely want the value to be appreciated in time. By the time, every buyer will be happy, whatever they buy.

“Also, every time I heard my customers tell me that last time they bought the units from me and now they saw the market value or the selling price doubled from its original pricing and that made them very happy.

“I feel very good about this and that’s why it’s a job satisfaction to me. This is my dream and my mission. So, buy one from me,” she said.

Susan said she assured that her Benoni new township development project would be profitable to those who buy the units as there are few upcoming developments of an airport in Kimanis and a solar panel factory to be built in Kimanis, Papar where an investor will open up a big factory to produce the solar panel on a 1,000-acre land.

“That is why the population will be moving to Papar and definitely there will be ample employment to be created that will benefit the local communities in Papar.

“Hence, Benoni will be booming with many advantages, I can assure you. So come and buy the property units in the Benoni new township,” she said.

Susan said she always make sure that she builds houses and residential units that are worth for people to live in comfortably as well as providing some affordable homes to potential clients.

“Of course, I build houses worth RM200k, I build houses with pricing over RM300k, and I also build homes that are RM400K and RM500k over and we also have penthouses worth RM800k. A range of pricing pf the homes for customers to choose from

“But I will make sure the surrounding area of the project is comfortable and conducive for people to live in. They need school, got school. They need cinema, got cinema.

They go shopping, got shopping. They want sport, got sport. So, they can live there, comfortably,” she said, who received the Top Property Man of the Year Award 2023.
