
RANAU:Former Year Six student of SJKC Pai Wen Ranau, Wyldann Dylan Shin was chosen as the recipient of the school’s Outstanding Student Award 2022 for his excellent achievement.
Wyldann excelled in his co-curricular activities, where he represented the district in football, running and writing while also representing the state in under-12 football tournaments.
SJKC Pai Wen Ranau Headmaster, Tsen Ting Feng presented the award.
Also received the Outstanding Co-Curriculum Award were Stallone Tiyyo Stevenson, Felcyonna Pei Yi Chee Pau, Daniella Lorianne Dymson, Darren Leroy Dymson, Bianca Loures Kerry Wong, Fay Pheobe Freddie, Presley Phang Kok Sheng, Janelle Naia Lee, Ovy Ricgaveyn Liew Ga Vern, and Lendl Syn Kwan Liew.
In the ceremony, awards were also given to students in Year Six and those who excelled in other categories like Academic Progress, Noble Characters, School Prefects, Head of Class and Assistant Head of Class, Resource Center Prefects, Science Room Prefects, and Full attendance.
Meanwhile, Tsen congratulated all the Year Six students for successfully completing their studies at SJKC Pai Wen Ranau.
“However, this is not a finish line, but a starting point for all of you in high school. You all should know that the key to success is self-discipline.
“This is good practice on how you all can take advantage of your time and manage yourself in terms of exercise and learning.
“A healthy body will produce a strong mind.” Only then can students learn effectively. “In closing, I congratulate you all once again and wish you all the best in the future!” he said.
Also present were the Chairman of the Board of Directors, SJKC Pai Wen Ranau, Eldem Chia, parents, teachers, school staff and other students.
