Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta is full of praise for Real Madrid youngster Takefusa Kubo.
Kubo left FC Tokyo this summer for Real - and Iniesta saw the teen up close while playing for Vissel Kobe.
"I know Kubo because I played against him last season," said Iniesta.
"He is an impressive talent and has a great future ahead of him. He is a young player who is gifted enough to earn a spot at one of the biggest clubs in the world.
"Only time will tell," Iniesta responded, when asked if Barcelona would end up regretting missing out on the 18-year-old.
"I suppose the club just did not want him or maybe just things went the wrong way, but Barcelona is more important than any player."
