Anthony Martial's injury against Crystal Palace may block Alexis Sanchez from leaving the club.
Sanchez is subject of an offer from Inter Milan, who want to loan him for the coming season.
As United and Inter haggle over the terms of the loan, Martial suffered a knock against Palace at the weekend.
The Daily Mail claims that if Martial is out for significant time, United will not allow Alexis to leave in the last few days of the European transfer window.
United are thin up front, given they also sold Romelu Lukaku to Inter without getting a replacement.
