Vieira worked with Balotelli at Nice.
And he said, It was a real pleasure to work with Mario.
It was I think at a time where it was really difficult for him to understand that football is about teamwork, the team effort, and it's something that is difficult for Mario to understand.
It has nothing to do with talent of the player, because he is a really special talent, but it's disappointing that I was unable to get the best out of him, but he needs to understand as well that for him to play at this level, he needs to be part of the team.
I hope he understands that really soon, because there is still time for him to do so and he can go back to scoring goals. He's got the talent to be the leader of the team, but the leader of the team has to put his talent at the service of the team."
