Dundee United youngster Scott Banks is attracting Premier League interest.
The Daily Record says Southampton are looking at Banks.
The English Premier League side watched him against Cowdenbeath last Friday and were impressed.
Banks was named man of the match and the scout left impressed with his showing.
Former United star Stuart Armstrong is currently at Southampton having began his own career with the Tangerines.
