Xiaomi has introduced its new Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L in Malaysia, offering a larger cooking capacity without taking up extra space in the kitchen.
Unlike the current Xiaomi Dual Zone Air Fryer 10L which places its two baskets side by side, the new 12L model stacks its two baskets vertically. Besides increasing the total capacity from 10L to 12L, Xiaomi says the new design takes up approximately 35% less horizontal countertop space compared to the Dual Zone Air Fryer 10L.

The Xiaomi Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L is officially priced at RM899 in Malaysia.
As part of its launch promotion, Xiaomi is now offering a promo price of RM779 and it will be on sale starting from 9th September 2026.

Xiaomi Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L specs and features
As its name suggests, the Xiaomi Smart Double Stack Air Fryer has a total capacity of 12L spread across two vertically stacked baskets.
Xiaomi says the larger capacity is sufficient to cook an entire chicken in one basket. Depending on what you are preparing, the air fryer can accommodate up to 1kg of chips, 400g of steak, 800g of vegetables, 12 cupcakes, two 7-inch pizzas or 10 chicken drumsticks.
Each basket can also be fitted with a grill, allowing the air fryer to prepare up to four dishes at the same time. This could be useful if you want to prepare a main dish and several sides without having to cook them separately.
The vertical layout is probably the biggest difference compared to Xiaomi’s existing Dual Zone Air Fryer 10L. That model has a 3.5L basket and a larger 6.5L basket arranged side by side, giving it a combined capacity of 10L.
With the new Double Stack model, Xiaomi has managed to increase the total capacity to 12L while claiming approximately 35% less horizontal countertop space compared to the 10L model.
The Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L has a rated power output of 2,800W and uses 360-degree hot airflow to circulate heat around the food. It supports temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Celsius to 230 degrees Celsius, allowing it to handle more than just conventional air frying.
At the lower end, 40 degrees Celsius can be used for dough proving while 60 degrees Celsius can be used for drying fruit. Higher temperatures can be used for baking cakes and egg tarts, cooking fries and roasting steak.
There are 14 preset cooking modes and a large colour LCD which lets you control and monitor the upper and lower baskets independently.
If you’re cooking different food in each basket, the Sync function lets you set different cooking temperatures and durations while ensuring that both baskets finish at the same time. Alternatively, you can apply the same temperature and cooking duration to both baskets.
As this is a Xiaomi smart appliance, the air fryer can be connected to the Xiaomi Home app. Xiaomi says the app provides access to 100 recipes and lets you schedule cooking up to 24 hours in advance.
After cooking is completed, the air fryer can automatically activate its Keep Warm mode for 30 minutes. There’s also a drying mode which removes moisture remaining inside the appliance.
For easier cleaning, Xiaomi says the baskets and accessories are dishwasher-safe and use a food-contact grade non-stick layer.
