Goals from Memphis Depay and a double from Ryan Babel got the Oranje in front.
Wijnaldum then sealed the victory with a close range header three minutes from time.
The victory puts Ronald Koeman's side third in Group C, three points behind Germany and Northern Ireland, albeit with a game in hand.
