Yayasan Sabah Group enters seaweed farming Joint Venture

A Joint Venture Agreement and a Sub-Lease Agreement was signed recently between Yayasan Sabah Group through its wholly-owned subsidiary Inno Resource Development Sdn. Bhd. (IRD) with Samajutera Sdn. Bhd. at the Wisma Innoprise, Kota Kinabalu.

Through the signing of the two agreements, both parties have agreed to enter into a joint venture to carry out the cultivation and management of large-scale seaweed farming, aquaculture and eco-tourism in several parcels of land in the Semporna.

In the signing ceremony, IRD was represented by the Chairman of Inno Resource Sdn. Bhd., Datuk Daniel Kinsik (second from left) and the Chief Operating Officer of Innoprise Corporation Sdn. Bhd., Douglas J. Joinol (left), who is the Director of IRD, while Samajutera Sdn. Bhd. was represented by its Managing Director, Ahmad Marzuki bin Haji Nassir @ Abdu Salam (third from right) and its Director, Ricky Wong (second from right).
