Manchester United Treble winner Dwight Yorke wants to see Marcus Rashford play at striker.
Yorke has urged Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag to give Rashford a run as his central striker.
The England star, 24, scored what proved to be the winner in a big 2-1 victory over Liverpool on Monday night.
United's treble-winning forward Yorke, 50, told Lord Ping: "When you get to 24, you need to identify a specific position - that's the only way you become really good at it.
"If you look at the great goalscorers like Kane and Shearer, they were all No 9s at Rashford's age.
"I would like to see him given a run up there. Centre forward is the most difficult position and you only improve with games."
