Shopee shoppers in Malaysia can now pay for their orders using TNG eWallet, through DuitNow QR. The option went live on 11 August 2026, and TNG Digital has listed the promotion period as running until 31 December 2026.
The payment runs through a QR code at checkout rather than a dedicated TNG eWallet button. You will also need TNG eWallet version 1.9.9 or above for this to work, so check your app store before your next order.
How To Pay For A Shopee Order With TNG eWallet
At checkout, choose DuitNow QR under Other Payment Methods. Shopee will then show you a QR code on screen.
The first way is to screenshot that QR code, tap the share icon, and pick TNG eWallet from the share options.

The second way is to open TNG eWallet on the same phone and use the app’s Scan feature to capture the QR code from your screen.

Either way, TNG eWallet will show you the amount and Shopee Marketplace as the merchant before you confirm. Check that the amount matches your order total, then pay.
Plus You Can Shop And Earn Cashback
On top of paying with your TNG eWallet, you can also earn 1% cashback on eligible Shopee orders, capped at RM6.67 per order. The cashback comes from Shop & Earn, a separate feature inside TNG eWallet.
To earn it, empty your Shopee cart, close the Shopee app, then open Shopee again through the Shop & Earn page and complete your purchase from there. You need to do this for every order.

A few other things will stop your cashback from being tracked. Ad blockers, VPNs, and third-party links such as Facebook or Google ads can break the tracking, and you need to accept all cookies on Shopee’s pages for the purchase to be recorded. If your payment fails partway, restart the visit from Shop & Earn rather than retrying inside Shopee.
Once the order goes through, the purchase is tracked within two days and the cashback is confirmed within 14 days. The rate you see when it first tracks may be adjusted later, once the transaction details are confirmed.
Purchases That Do Not Qualify For Cashback
Digital goods, telco and utility payments, vouchers, travel bookings, donations, cinema and event purchases, local services, investments, and ShopeePay Near Me transactions all earn nothing.
Shopee LIVE products, streaming-priced items, and purchases made using promo codes or vouchers that are not featured on the platform are also left out. Even on an eligible order, the cashback is calculated on the item price only. Fees, taxes, service charges, shipping, and delivery costs are all stripped out before the 1% is applied.
Cancelling or returning your order takes the cashback with it. Rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, and returned purchases earn nothing, and if you send back only part of an order, your cashback is recalculated on the items you keep.
Check your cart against the exclusions before you go through Shop & Earn, since the extra steps are only worth taking if the order qualifies in the first place. Have fun shopping!
