A young man died after being pinned under a car he was in that skidded and overturned in Taman Chi Liung, Klang, early this morning (Wednesday, June 25).
According to a report by Kosmo, the Selangor Fire Department Assistant Director of Operations, Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar, shared that his department received an emergency call in regards to the incident at about 3:17am.
He explained that 6 personnel, including officers from the Port Klang Fire and Rescue Station, had rushed to the scene.
“The operations commander reported an accident involving a Perodua Bezza that had skidded and overturned. There was a male victim in his 20s who was trapped under the car,” he said.
While they managed to remove the victim from under the car and hand him over to medical officers from the Ministry of Health (KKM), the medical officers ultimately confirmed his death.
“The victim’s body was then handed over to the police for further action,” he added.
