Youngest female MP ‘questioned more about OnlyFans than manifesto pledges’

Labour MP Rosie Wrighting, 27, has revealed she was questioned more about whether she had an OnlyFans account than her party’s manifesto pledges during the last election.

Highlighting the misogyny she has faced both online, and in her day-to-day life, in a commons debate ahead of International Women’s Day, the MP for Kettering described being called “stupid” and “a child playing politics”.

“I know many great women who have not stood for Parliament because of online abuse or worries about their safety, and this House is worse off because of it,” Wrighting told MPs.
