A youth was killed near his house in Subana village of Jhajjar district on Saturday.
The youth, identified as Hitesh, was sitting in his car parked near his house when 3-4 youths reached there and sprayed bullets on him.
The firing has been captured by a CCTV camera installed near the scene of crime. The youths fired nearly 30 rounds at Hitesh.
Hitesh’s family members and neighbours rushed to the spot on hearing gunshots.
Meanwhile, the assailants fled the scene.
Hitesh was taken to a hospital, where he was declared dead by the doctors.
As per the police, some old enmity is suspected to have led to the murder. Local sources maintain that the shooting incident was linked to a gangwar.
Jhajjar Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Dhaarna Yadav said the police were investigating the case from all possible angles.
