Russia plans to carry out a major attack on Ukraine later on Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said at a press conference in Dublin during his visit marking Ireland's takeover of the EU Council presidency.
Russia carries out massive attacks with hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles of various kinds every one to two weeks, the Ukrainian leader said.
"Today there is unpleasant information about the next preparation for such a massive Russian attack," Zelensky said.
He said he would return to Ukraine straight after the press conference and urged people in his country to heed air raid warnings and seek shelter.
