- The 29-year-old Chinese PhD student was jailed for life last year with a minimum term of 24 years after drugging and raping 10 women in London and China.
- The new file contains allegations of rape and administering a substance, relating to five women who responded to a public appeal and two unidentified victims.
- Metropolitan Police officers are also continuing separate enquiries into allegations involving women who were allegedly sexually assaulted in China.
- Detective Chief Superintendent Angela Craggs praised the courage of the women coming forward and urged any further potential victims to contact the police.
