古達甘榜安答孟咬公路原是一條泥路，雨季路面泥濘不堪，旱季塵埃飛揚，車輛通行不便，交通視線模糊.
拿督張振彬州議員也是本州助理財部長.
當他接到村投訴後，即刻指示承包商上述公路完成鋪上碎石，方便村民交通，當地村民喜出望外.
