（亚庇十八日訊）聯邦總检察总长针对高庭批准該會司法覆核沙巴40%淨稅收憲法特别撥款申請所提出的上诉已被驳回。
沙巴律師協會在臉書上宣布，驳回的详细理由将在今天下午2点前提供，并补充说，高庭将聆審该司法复审的实质性审理。
上訴庭今早九時三司會審，作上述裁決。
司法审查的实质性審訊将在亞庇高庭进行，但尚未确定日期。
