“华裔情侣车内吃播遇匪，女子遭抢劫并被迫不雅行为”事件, 一名男子声称自己是保安员，却持警棍（T-Baton）威胁，迫女子与他发生不雅行为。该男子手持警棍，有可能也有冒充警员的意图。
1）马来西亚律师公会有一份“小红书”，Red Book — The Police and Your Basic Rights(as at May 2023)，写了关于当警察拦截你、问你问题、逮捕你、拘留你、搜身、等等状况时，你有什么权利 。（链接在留言处）
2）如果警方拦截（stop）你，你可以向他要求出示他的ID 卡、注意他制服上的编号、名字，哪一间警局派出来的、警车车牌号码，然后google该警局的电话，打去确认对方是否真的是警察，或是假警察，真打枪。
✅如果你车上有dashboard camera with audio recording 的功能，请开着，这将有助于还原现况。
3）🔴 红色的ID卡——代表着他是被停职的警员，你可以离开。
🔵蓝色的ID卡——代表着他是Inspector级别或以上
🟡蓝色的ID卡——代表着他是Inspector级别以下
⚪白色的ID卡——reserve police
4）你可以用问，但前提是礼貌地问，而无需口出狂言地问。因为Section 14 Minor Offences Act 1955 阐明：
📌Insulting behaviour
“Any person who uses any indecent, threatening, abusive or insulting words, or behaves in a threatening or insulting manner, or posts up or affixes or exhibits any indecent, threatening, abusive or insulting written paper or drawing with intent to provoke a breach of the peace, or whereby a breach of the peace is likely to be occasioned, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding RM100.00.”
5）你也不希望，由于口头上的冲突，让警方误以为你不配合，你在妨碍警方执行任务，并引用Section 186 Penal Code 调查：
📌Obstructing Public Servant in discharge of his public functions.
“Whoever voluntarily obstructs any public servant in the discharge of his public functions, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years, or with fine which may extend to RM10,000, or both.”
6）如果真的去了警局，也请配合调查，因为Section 90 Police Act 1967 阐明 ：
📌 Disorderly conduct in police station.
“Any person who, in a police station behaves in a riotous, indecent, disorderly or insulting manner shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.”
7）如果真的是假警察，若安全，你可以立马报警。若不安全，立马离开，去警局报警。
8）报警的时候要尽可能告诉警方什么资料？（若有，就给；若无，就略过）
📌案发地点/日期/时间
📌嫌犯的资料 – 名字、IC、电话、地址（如有）
📌嫌犯的description – 高度、身形、种族、身上的特征比如纹身、有六根手指、胎记。
📌嫌犯持有的武器/工具/说的话 – 举例刀、抢、铁锤、车牌号码、motor款/车款/颜色、譬如他跟你讲：“bagi semua duit sekarang！”。
📌受害人的伤/损失 - 你被骗了多少钱，你的手机、IC。
The list is not exhaustive，仅供参考。如果你有其跟案件有关的资料，请你告诉警方。
9）报导出来后，帖文底下好多的谩骂。与其谩骂，不如参考一下自己有什么法律的权利，避免成为下一个受害者。
