【亞庇27日訊】民興黨甘拜園區州議員陳德明今日在州立法議會上火力全開，提出動議迫使聯邦政府公開並歸還沙巴在2022年至2025年間應得的40%稅收分成.
就在會議即將散會之際，陳德明情緒明顯激動，抨擊州與聯邦之間四次會議毫無成果，並要求作出交代.
議長拿督斯里卡津耶雅質疑其動議是否能獲得通過.
陳德明反擊表示，任何反對者都是不願讓沙巴取回應得款項.
他最後指出：「若一再無止境地上訴，沙巴人民恐怕等不到結果就先離世。」議會隨後休會至週二，該動議仍未有定案.
