What went wrong for Pakatan Harapan — and does it still have time to turn things around before the next General Election?

According to Rajiv, announcing hundreds of policies, programmes and economic achievements means little politically if voters cannot understand what the government ultimately stands for.
So what should Pakatan Harapan stand for?
Rajiv proposes a new narrative built around solidarity — shifting the political conversation away from race and identity towards issues that affect Malaysians collectively, including healthcare, infrastructure, crime and nation-building.
But we also challenge him on some of the uncomfortable questions facing DAP and the government.
Has Pakatan Harapan delivered enough of the reforms it once promised?
Has DAP changed since entering government?
Has the party become too quiet — or even arrogant — after spending decades attacking the establishment?
Can coalition politics really justify the compromises PH has made?
And what about controversial issues such as the reappointment of Azam Baki and other decisions that have damaged the reformist image PH once carried?
Rajiv acknowledges that PH could have done better on reform, while arguing that governing through a coalition places very different constraints on a political party than being in opposition.
The conversation also turns to one of the biggest questions currently facing DAP: should the party remain in the MADANI Government?
Despite dissatisfaction among sections of DAP's grassroots and supporters, Rajiv makes his position clear — DAP should stay and fight rather than risk contributing to the collapse of the government.
