Massive fire destroys two ferries at Langkawi shipyard - Malaysia Adventure

A fire broke out at Northern Shipyard in Langkawi on Monday night, destroying two ferries, which were almost completely engulfed in flames and swept about 50 metres from the dock.

A third ferry, sustained minor damage, while other nearby ferries were saved. Firefighters from multiple stations worked to control the blaze using hose lines and water jets.

Thankfully, no casualties were reported.
