Reaching for the sky helps boost the unworthy sense of cancer survivors#SpreadPositivity

After undergoing 4 cycles of chemotherapy, I decided not to succumb to post chemotherapy side effects such as weakened immune system, nausea, fatigue, neuropathy, constipation and diarrhea. On top of all the effects, going into depression is the worst enemy for all cancer patients and survivors as it drains us emotionally, thus I embarked on mountain climbing that offered a range of physical, mental, emotional, and even socio benefits. The aerobic and resistance physical exercise involved in this activity has the power to reduce stress and anxiety level, boost fitness and keep cancer-stricken and survivors body healthy. Most importantly, the feeling of achievement when they reach the peak can help foster a more positive perspective on their life.
