A tragic incident in Sichuan shows a woman falling from a height after the safety rope of a bungee swing reportedly snapped.

The woman had earlier been heard expressing concern that the rope was “not tight enough” before the fall.

The incident occurred at the Maliuyan Waterfall scenic area in Huaying on May 3. She later died on the way to the hospital. Authorities have since launched an investigation, and the site has been temporarily closed for safety inspections.
