Everton refuse to give up on re-signing Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma.
The Daily Mail says Everton are continuing efforts to bring back Zouma after last season's loan spell at Goodison Park.
Zouma, 24, remains their main target and hope to persuade Chelsea to let him go even though they are currently under a transfer ban and couldn't sign a replacement.
Manager Frank Lampard does have David Luiz, Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta as options for Zouma's position.
Everton will also try to sign a winger though their first choice Wilfried Zaha is regarded as a long shot with Crystal Palace turning down an offer of 50m.
