Kota Kinabalu: Some 10,000 attendees participated in the Career Education Carnival SUKSES (Sharing University & Skills Information for Enhanced Student Success) 2024 at Kota Kinabalu Polytechnic.
State Education Director Datuk Raisin Saidin said the carnival featured 30 exhibitors, including public and private universities and specialised institutions.
He said the polytechnic served as a ‘one-stop centre’ where students could gain accurate insights into various academic programs, ranging from certificates and diplomas to undergraduate degrees.
Raisin said the event aimed to create a comprehensive platform to share higher education information, empowering students by providing centralised access to up-to-date and reliable information on educational pathways and opportunities.
