The enforcement directive follows alarming data released by Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) Director Datuk Seri Muhammed Hasbullah Ali.
During the four-day RXZ Members 8.0 event held from 30 July to 2 August, police recorded 46 motorcycle-related crashes, resulting in 11 deaths (23.91%), 5 severe injuries, and 30 minor injuries.
JSPT analysis revealed that young riders aged 18 to 30 made up 29 out of the 46 crash victims:

Primary contributing factors included tailgating, speeding, loss of vehicle control, and unsafe group riding behavior.
JSPT confirmed that all 11 fatal crashes during RXZ Members 8.0 are being actively investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987, while severe injury cases fall under Section 43(1).
