Kota Kinabalu: Eleven women from various backgrounds were among the 88 individuals conferred the Panglima Gemilang Darjah Kinabalu (PGDK) which carries the title Datuk in conjunction with Head of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin’s 70th birthday on Saturday.
They were Political Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture Fisheries Food Industry Arlinsia Agang, High Court Judge Celestina Stuel Galid, hotelier-accountant Eliza Goh Giok Yee, Hairani@Rosenani Hussaini, Kolnah Sahih, State Treasurer Mary Angela Sipaun, Silam PGRS Division Head Mizma Appehdullah, Kunak
Assemblywoman Norazlinah Arif, Sabah and Sarawak Tabung Haji Director Nurlaila Said, Federal Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development Raj Munni Sabu and Zaitun Dato Mohd Kassim.
A total of 27 women were among 118 recipients who received the Ahli Setia Darjah Kinabalu (ASDK).
