18yo M'sian Girl Allegedly Forced To Vape Before Man Rapes Her

An 18-year-old girl told police that she was made to vape against her will before a man violated her while she was unconscious.

According to Brickfields district police chief Assistant Commissioner Hoo Chang Hook, he said the teen made a police report over the incident, which occurred at a residence in Petaling here about 5am last Saturday (Sept 26).

In the report, the teen claimed the man forced her to vape and everything subsequently faded to black not long after.

When she regained consciousness at around 7am, the teen discovered she was in a state of undress.

She also experienced pain in her private parts, leading her to believe that she had been raped.

Police are now probing the case under Section 376 of the Penal Code as well as tracking down the suspect.

Vape set to be outlawed this year

In December 2025, the Ministry of Health (MOH) announced that the country is looking to ban vaping for good.

According to Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, he said the ministry was looking to enforce the ban in middle or by the end of 2026.

However, the problem continues to plague society as vape distributors are becoming slicker by disguising vape devices as stationery and candy bars.

Furthermore, more and more are finding it hard to walk away from vaping completely as vape liquid is often laced with drugs, making it highly addictive and fatal.
