Kota Kinabalu: Two of the six candidates contesting in the Nov 29 Sabah election are children of Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) president Datuk Yong Teck Lee.
They are Yong Yit Jee, 38, and Yvonne Yong Yit Phung, 40.
Yit Jee, a lawyer, will contest the Likas seat, while businesswoman Yit Phung will stand in Segama.
The president also announced four other candidates — Gee Tien Siong (Luyang), Datuk Edward Dagul (Limbahau), Datuk Japiril Suhaimi (Kundasang) and Henley Liew Yun Ye (Tanjung Papat).
