Kota Kinabalu: The Housing and Urban Development Board (LPPB) is constructing and will build 225 low-cost housing units under the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP) 2021-2025.
Assistant Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Isnin Aliasnih said these units are being constructed under five low-cost housing construction programmes.
These programmes are Phase 3 Kemabong Tenom (50 semi-detached houses), Phase 1 Sukau Kota Kinabatangan (50 terrace houses), Phase 1 Melalap Tenom (50 terrace houses), Phase 1 Beluran (25 terrace houses), and Phase 1 Pitas (50 terrace houses).
