A 26-year-old woman from China has been sentenced to prison after being found guilty of selling her two biological children to tip livestream hosts.
Huang, who was adopted as a child, grew up without proper education or care, circumstances that eventually led her to leave home at a young age, as reported by Sinar Harian.

He sold off her baby to a family who was looking to adopt
Coming from a modest background with only a basic education, Huang later moved to Fuzhou in Fujian province, where she supported herself by doing part-time jobs.
In October 2020, she gave birth to her first son. Struggling financially and without support from the baby’s father, she made the decision to sell the child.
Her landlord, Wei, introduced her to a relative named Li, whose daughter was unable to conceive and was looking to adopt.
Li’s family ended up paying 45,000 yuan (approximately RM29,000) for the baby.
She used the money to fund her lavish lifestyle
However, Huang squandered all the money from the sale of her first child on tipping livestream hosts and purchasing luxury clothing.
Shockingly, she not only sold her firstborn but also deliberately got pregnant a second time with the sole intention of selling the baby for profit.
After running out of money, she reportedly began seeking men to sleep with, hoping to conceive again and sell another child.
In 2022, she gave birth to a second son, named Guyu, and sold him to a broker for 38,000 yuan (approximately RM24,700).
