Pep Guardiola says it isn't hard to motivate his Manchester City players.
The Sky Blues are attempting to clinch their third consecutive Premier League title this season.
"When we are nine-years-old, you play in school with your friends, you want to win," he said.
"No one teaches you your mentality, to be competitive. You want to win.
"It's not about how you motivate. We tell them many things, but you can't be at a high level if you don't have desire.
"They have it for themselves. All Premier League players have that desire to do well."
