Kota Kinabalu: A 25-year-old man was ordered to enter his defence on a charge of having 33.03gm of syabu.

Aslan Zaidi received the order from Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus who ruled that the prosecution had established a prima facie case against Aslan on Tuesday.

The court set May 26 and 27 this year for Aslan’s defence.

Aslan is accused of having the drug at 4.30pm on June 26, 2020 in front of the Kedai Alat Telekomunikasi Lam Mobile Enterprise in Lorong Inanam, Inanam New Township, near here.
