BEAUFORT: The objections of a few quarters over the implementation of the 40 Imam Nawawi Hadith Appreciation Module are inappropriate because it only involves students and teachers of Islamic schools.
Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister, Datuk Ruslan Muharam, said the action of disputing the module to be implemented by the Education Ministry is irrelevant and should not even arise.
“If it involves non-Muslim students and teachers, we understand the objection. But the fact is this module is reserved for Muslim students and teachers only, it does not apply directly to non-Muslims.
